GT Chucker
As far as star ratings go, the GT Chucker is up there with a 4.2 overall rating – not too bad an effort. Chucker scores above average in most of the criteria.
The Chucker is ideal if you are looking for a good ride; good all round performance, also an abuse taker. For those of you who love to bunny hop and jump, the Chucker will do that. However, too much jumping can cause problems with the front fork and crank bearings.
Most riders are impressed with the good looks of the bike and as far as price goes, definitely a bang for your buck. There is not too much to report on the negative side; one rider was not happy with the grip and he upgraded. Another said the pedals were prone to crack and a too hard seat. Not really strong adverse reports. Positive certainly outweighs the negs.
One went as far to say: “Weaknesses, you’re joking.” That in itself is one heck of a recommend.
The Chucker has good gears, magic suspension and lends itself for upgrading. For beginners, the Chucker is an ideal entry level machine.
One cannot please everyone and for the very few knockers, there are heaps of riders who nothing but good things to say about GT Chucker.
